i'm so proud of myself! i did lots of uni work today.. wel, what i call lots is probably not that much for other ppl, but hey, i procrastinate all the time so today's been good.
i went to the 9 o'clock ibus lecture this morning, felt really stupid cos i forgot to turn on my recorder. called ira after the lecture to wake her up, then headed to the exchange centre. i researched the subjects that i can do for my gen eds, and narrowed them down to subjects in the school of religion (i know! they have a school of religion at umich!), school of musicology (tho i might not be able to do music cos music is in the school of arts at unsw and u can't do gen eds from ur own school), and the school of geological science (it's not as scary & boring as it sounds. they've got cool subjects abt dinosaurs, the ice age, coral reefs, etc. cool rite??). so now i just have to find out how many of their units equal to 6 units of unsw's units.
by the time i finished up at the exchange centre, i was hungry, so i grabbed satay rice for lunch. yum yum. and after lunch i went into the webster building and settled down into their comfy seats to study. :D ira came at 1, we grabbed coffees to wake us up and then went on to do more study and do lots of yakking and catching up as well.. ;) love yakking with that girl, she's the best! anyways, at abt 3, i walked her up to upper campus for her tute and settled down for a study at the library. i bumped into emily from YAA in year 11 and borrowed books for her from our library (cos she goes to macquarie). bumped into anastasia as well.. mm then, ira came back after her tute at 4.30, and then from 4.30 til 8 (yes, 8!! r we good, or r we good?) we studied! wel, 30% study and 70% more talking.. lols.. but still, it's a lot more work than what i would've done at home by meself.
but damn, i'm going to regret that coffee. i betcha i'm going to have trouble sleeping tnite. >.< d'oh!
christmas is coming y'all! :D i'm already thinking abt pressies and our new christmas tree. oh, how excitement!
